Our Products purchased on KMTSoft.com website are delivered only in electronic form as zip compressed file.

After the payment is approved and successful you will receive an email with a copy of the invoice number and product name purchased.

In that email you will also receive download link and some additional instruction.

Please allow up to 24hrs to receive an email confirming your order. If you don't receive the email within 24hrs please contact us using our contact form. Please provide the most details of the transaction as you can, example: date, time, type of a payment, order number if you received one, email address and name so we can trace the order in our system.

Please check you SPAM / JUNK folder in your email account since very often email care transfer to the wrong mailbox and therefore not see in Inbox.

Cancellation & Refund Information


Since KMTSoft.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable products we do not issue refunds once the order is performed and the product is delivered, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you have carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demo where availaible also we can be contacted with additional questions via our contact us form.


However, we are aware that some circumstances can occur under which we are to review a refund request. With regard to the specific character of the product we provide, there are reasons, upon which a REFUND REQUEST can be applied:


Non-delivery of the product: in case some mailing issues occur and an e-mail with a download link is not delivered to you, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Technical Support Team in writing within 7 days from the order placing date.

Download and unzipping issues: in case you faced with the problems while downloading the product or its unzipping, you have to contact our Technical Support Team without any delay. If you do not contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product without further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.

Major bugs and defects: when you stably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our product properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations. Such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support Team’s approval.

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.

Please make sure you read our product descriptions/details and if any question use of a contact form we provide before you place your order to verify that the product you are purchasing satisfies your needs. Complaints based on the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our product are not honored.


Please note, that we do not assume the responsibility and therefore reserve the right to refuse a refund request based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software.


We will send you an e-mail to notify whether you are eligible for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provided and product package you returned to us (if any). You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as remove the software from any computers owned or controlled by you.


If your request for a refund is confirmed, the money will be processed to your credit card account within 2 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
